The 4th Leap to Zero Conference will take place on 3–4 November 2026 in Brussels, bringing together leading stakeholders committed to advancing zero-emission construction sites across Europe. The conference will take place in the Norway House and the Martin’s Hotel in Brussels. Both venues are located in the heart of Brussels' European Quarter, just a short walk from the main EU institutions.
Co-hosted by Rijkswaterstaat (The Netherlands) and the Big Buyers Working Together (BBWT) Project, and supported by members of the Leap to Zero network, the conference will focus on accelerating the role of cities and public procurement in driving the climate and industrial transition.
Over two days, participants will explore key themes including procurement strategies, financing and total cost of ownership (TCO), infrastructure and energy planning, innovation, health and safety, and practical case studies.
