Ljubljana is situated at the intersection of Slovenia's key road routes, making motorway access from neighboring countries very convenient.

Please remember that road tax vignettes are required for using Slovenian motorways, including the Ljubljana bypass. Vignettes can be bought at petrol stations near the border with Slovenia's neighboring countries.
