The annual workshops gather every year the EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK community in Brussels: local campaigners, national coordinators and urban mobility practitioners, for one day of interactions on the theme of the year. In 2026, discussions will focus on 'Mobility for everyone - across generations'. In the evening, the audience will celebrate the finalists and winners of the 2025 edition of the EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK Award and MOBILITYACTION Award in a prestigious venue.
The EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK Award Ceremony & Workshops are organised every year in Brussels by the European Commission.
- The Workshops will be from 9:00 to 17:00 on 17 March at the European Commission’s BREY building (Avenue d'Auderghem 45).
- The award ceremony is at Vaudeville Theatre (Galerie de la Reine 11) the same evening at 19:00. The doors open at 18:30 and the award ceremony is followed by drinks (until 20:30).

About the Award Ceremony:
Two mobility awards are presented every year for outstanding efforts made by cities and other organisations in promoting sustainable urban mobility.
The EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK Award celebrates municipalities that have excelled in promoting sustainable urban mobility during the campaign’s main week of 16-22 September.
The MOBILITYACTION Award acknowledges excellence in mobility management planning solutions submitted by businesses, institutions, civil society organisations, citizen initiatives.
