For further details, please refer to the DRAFT AGENDA providing an overview of the two days, as we are still working on structuring some of the sessions in more detail. Some additions to the agenda will take place in the coming weeks.

Please bear in mind the registrations close on 27 April COB, and that the meeting has a maximum capacity of 40 participants, ideally limiting the participation of two participants from the same city.

In addition, please find an infopack with practical information for participants. The host city did not include specific hotel recommendations, as they have no official agreements with hotels; however, any accommodation in the city centre or close to a metro line should allow participants to easily reach all meeting locations.

In order to make better informed choices regarding the study visits, Milan prepared five study visit fiches and invite participants to read them carefully when registering in order to select their preferred study visit.
