A prime example of tailor-made revitalisation: the modernisation of a heritage cultural building as a tool for social and educational functions, with strong emphasis on accessibility and openness to the surrounding neighbourhood and local community. The visit includes a guided tour, a presentation by the theatre’s management on the design process and community engagement approach, and discussion on replicability.
One of several neighbourhood anchors established within the Łódź Revitalisation Area. The visit presents the centre’s model of integrated daily care, social activation, and linkage to housing support services for older residents. Participants will have the opportunity to meet staff and centre users.
