Sébastien is the founder and CEO of idloom, a software and event tech company headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. Idloom develops and markets event management software (idloom-events), social intranets (idloom-wall), as well as certification and online education software (Passport.events).

With an academic background in economics and finance from the UCL and Louvain School of Management, Sébastien started his professional career in 2012 when he joined a Med Tech start up in Phoenix, Arizona, where he was working on the company’s development strategy on the UK market.

Sébastien then moved back to Belgium and pursued his career in a top tier management consulting firm, when he joined Arthur D. Little’s Brussels team as part of the Strategy & Organization practice.

During his time in strategy consulting, Sébastien has had the opportunity to work on many international assignments in multiple fields: mergers and acquisitions in the telecom industry, marketing and pricing strategies for European airports, due diligences in the pharmaceutical industry, growth strategies in the chemical sector, change management and corporate transformation assignments in the medical sector.

In 2016, Sébastien left ADL and founded idloom. Today, idloom is a widely recognized corporate communications’ software company, providing software solutions and services to a broad range of international companies and organizations throughout the world.

Sébastien is driven by customer satisfaction and success and takes great joy in helping clients reach their goals in today’s global digital ecosystem.

Samy works as a product director in digital learning at idloom, a software and event tech company headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. Idloom develops and markets event management software (idloom-events), social intranets (idloom-wall), as well as certification and online education software (Passport.events). 

At idloom, Samy is responsible for certifications and online education software. His main objective is to strategically and continuously adapt and improve idlooms software, as traditional events and continuous education continue to change during the pandemic.

Samy started as an account manager in October 2020 and quickly became Product director for Events & Trainings at idloom. He has an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the KU Leuven. He is driven by the power of technology to bring us together in new ways and to facilitate and improve education. 

Jessica is the Junior Business Developer of idloom in charge of the Partnerships & the American continent. idloom is a software and event tech company headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. Idloom develops and markets event management software (idloom-events), social intranets (idloom-wall), as well as certification and online education software (Passport.events).

Her academic journey started with a bachelor's degree in translation English-Chinese from ISTI (Brussels, Belgium), and did not end with her master's in Multilingual Business Communication from UCLouvain. 

After her stays in Asia, America, and her most recent experience in London, she returned to Belgium to join idloom's team. A corporate communications software company, providing software solutions and services to a broad range of international companies and organizations worldwide.
