How to come?

By plane:

1/ Brussels – Zaventem Airport

Brussels Zaventem Airport is connected by direct trains to Brussels main train stations (Gare du Nord, Gare Centrale and Gare du Midi) with frequent departures (Trains operate every 10 minutes).

You will find the train station directly under the Departure and Arrival Halls of the airport (level -1). The escalator or lift will take you directly to the platform.

Once at the train station you can follow the directions below.

 

TAXI

 The distance from the city centre to the airport of Zaventem is 14 kilometers. A taxi ride from the the city center to the airport will take approximately 25–40 minutes and costs around 50 EUR.

 

2/ Brussels  South Charleroi Airport

Brussels South Charleroi Airport is connected by shuttle bus Flibco to Gare du Midi with frequent departures scheduled to fit in with flight times. Here

Once at the train station you can follow the directions below.

 

By train :

1/ Gare du Midi

You can take the metro lines 2 or 6 (direction Elisabeth) to Ribaucourt and walk 12min to the venue or transfer to bus line 20 (direction Gare du Nord) or 86 (direction Bockstael) to Suzan Daniel and walk 3min to the venue.

 

2/ Gare centrale

You can take the metro lines 1 (direction Gare de l’Ouest) or 5 (direction Erasme) to Compte de Flandre and transfer to bus line 86 (direction Bockstael) to Suzan Daniel and walk 3min to the venue.

 

3/ Gare du Nord

You can take the bus lines 14 (direction Uz-vub) or 20 (direction Hunderenveld) to Suzan Daniel and walk 3min to the venue or you can walk 22min to the venue.

 

Getting around –

1/ Public transportation:

Brussels has a comprehensive public transport network. Standards (single) fare can be paid when entering buses, trams or metro stations by contactless credit card.

By bus : Line 14, 15, 57, 88 and 89 – Stop : Tour & Taxis

By tram : Line 51 and 93 – Stop : Sainclette

By metro : Line 2 and 6 – Stop : Yser or Ribaucourt

 

2/ By bicycle


The Brussels bicycle network is well marked on all routes around the city and cycling is encouraged as a great way for visitors to discover the city. In the mornings and evenings you will see many cyclists on their way to and from work on two wheels.

Cycling is permitted on all routes in both directions, even on one-way streets for vehicles. Just look out for the signs with "Excepte / Uitgezonderd" with a picture of a bike.

You can rent bicycles throughout Brussels using the "Villo" service, with many stations to collect and drop off your rental bicycle. Visit the Villo website for more details.
