Travel reimbursement available!

Travel reimbursements are available only for official members of Big Buyers Working Together Communities of Practice (CoP). The reimbursements are lump sum based on the distance travelled and the number nights in accommodation. Reimbursements will be made accordingly to the official unit costs for eligible travel by the European Commission available at the following link here. 

To claim your reimbursement you need to :

• be officially part of CoP participants list;
• sign the list of participants of the event on site;
• sign the declaration of honour (template will be sent via email);
• submit your travel data through our online reimbursement platform (link will be sent via email after the event).

The link to the reimbursement platform will be shared with registered participants at the end of March. Reimbursement claims can be made up to 4 weeks after the event. If all necessary information is submitted, reimbursements take 4 weeks to transfer after the claim has been made.
