Participation fees

• Eurocities members from the EU, UK, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland: 280 euros (excl VAT)
• Eurocities members from non-EU countries: 180 euros
• Non-members: 380 euros (excl VAT)
• Young city shapers: 140 euros (excl VAT)

Please note that the fees above do not include the VAT. If applicable, the VAT will be added during check-out.

Terms and Conditions of Registration 

Changes, substitutions and cancellations of registration

Notification of changes or cancellations must be made in writing and sent to registration.eurocities@cm-braga.pt.

If you do not send an email confirming that you wish to cancel your place at the conference, you will still be liable to pay the fees. Substitutions can be made by 28 May 2025.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 24 May 2025 – Full refund

After 24 May 2025 – No refund

Please note if you register and do not attend the conference, you will be charged your participation fee and will be required to settle any outstanding balances.

In the unlikely case of the cancellation of the event, the organisers will not accept liability for any loss and have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport.
