10:05 - 10:10 – Introduction from the City of Oslo (Agency for Development and Competence) – Marit Kathrine Hepsø and Mabel Wannebo
10:10 - 10:20 – Elvia - Perspectives from a Grid Operator – Fredrik Leonardi Bratland and Brage Guttormsen, Elvia
Elvia is the largest electricity grid company in Norway, operating the power grid in Oslo and surrounding areas. They will present how they are working on the electrification of heavy-duty transport and construction sites, highlighting their needs, challenges, and efforts to enable zero-emission construction operations.
10:20 - 10:30 – Ruter – Pedram Nadim
Ruter is the public transport authority for Oslo and the surrounding region. They will share their experiences from the transition to electric buses in Oslo, focusing on both positive outcomes and challenges, with particular emphasis on depot operations and infrastructure.
10:30 -10:40 – Hafslund - Guidelines for achieving zero-emission construction sites – Ingrid Aamnes
Hafslund is a major energy and infrastructure company in Norway, actively contributing to Oslo’s green transition. They will present their work on developing practical guidelines for achieving zero-emission construction sites.
10:40 – 10:45 – Danko Aleksic, project coordinator Big Buyers Working Together, Eurocities
Participants will be divided into teams and will start working on the challenge assigned to their team. Each team will be guided by an expert facilitator.
More information about the challenges can be found in the dedicated tab. Participants can indicate their preferred challenge in the registration form.
Participants will be invited on a walking tour around the city of Oslo to visit several zero-emission charging sites. The guided walk will be about 3km, should weather conditions prevent walking, transportation will be provided via an alternative route. Please let us know in advance if you are unable to walk or would like an alternative transportation mode.
