Reimbursement available!
Travel and accomodation reimbursements are available only for official members of Big Buyers Working Together Communities of Practice (CoP). The reimbursements are lump sum based on the distance travelled and the number nights in accommodation. Reimbursements will be made accordingly to the official unit costs for eligible travel by the European Commission available at the following link here.
To claim your reimbursement you need to :
- be officially part of CoP members list;
- sign the list of participants of the event on site;
- sign the declaration of honour (template will be sent via email);
- submit your travel data through our online reimbursement platform (link will be sent via email after the event).
The link to the reimbursement platform will be shared with registered participants at the end of the event.

The organisers do not have partnerships with hotels in the city of Oslo, therefore, they don't have a specific list of suggestions for hotels. However, please note that according to BBWT reimbursement policies indicated above, the lump sum reimbursement for accommodation in Norway is 145 EUR per night.
