This full-day meeting will bring together the Chairs and Vice-Chairs of the six Forums, members of the Executive Committee, and the Chairs and Vice-Chairs of the Working Groups. The event is designed to strengthen collaboration across Eurocities structures and will feature:
- Updates on EU advocacy and membership priorities
- A networking café to exchange ideas and best practices lead by the Eurocities colleagues
- Interactive workshops on the role of the Eurocities Office in Supporting Forums & Working Groups, the role of the Chairs, and adapting structures of working groups to meet evolving priorities.

Important: The venue has limited capacity, and registrations will be confirmed on a strict basis. Only one person per role can be accepted. Each Working Group and Forum may send only one Chair and one Vice-Chair. If your group has multiple Chairs or Vice-Chairs, please agree internally on who will attend before registering.
