On the 28 January from 9.00 to 15.30, there is the ExCom and Forum Chairs (officers) meeting, which will be held at the Vienna House in Brussels (avenue de Tervuren, B-1040 Brussels, Belgium). 

Forum Chairs are expeted to attend the meeting until 13:30.
