Ahead of the meeting on 27 January, all the Forums will have their in-person Steering Committee meetings. Here you can find the details for each Forum:
Culture Forum
The Steering Committee meeting will take place on 26 January from 14:00 to 17:00 at the Eurocities office (Square de Meeûs 1, B-1000 Brussels), room Palmyra.
After the meeting there will be an informal dinner at members' own expense. The restaurant chose is Olive, a Palestian restaurant (Chaussée de Charleroi 263) https://olivegaza.be/en.
Digital Forum
The Steering Committee meeting will take place on 26 January from 14:00 to 18:00 at the Eurocities office (Square de Meeûs 1, B-1000 Brussels), room Chan Chan.
Digital and EDF will have a dinner together on 26 January at 19:00 at the restaurant L'Ultime Atome (Rue Saint-Boniface 14, 1050 Ixelles). The dinner is at participants own expense.
Economic Development Forum
The Steering Committee meeting will take place on 26 January from 14:00 to 18:00 at the Eurocities office (Square de Meeûs 1, B-1000 Brussels), meeting room on the first floor.

Mobility Forum
The Steering Committee meeting will take place on 27 January from 16:30 to 18:00. The members will go together back to the Eurocities office after the end of the broader meeting on the same day.
