Ahead of the meeting on 27 January, all the Forums will have their in-person Steering Committee meetings. Here you can find the details for each Forum:

Culture Forum

The Steering Committee meeting will take place on 26 January from 14:00 to 17:00 at the Eurocities office (Square de Meeûs 1, B-1000 Brussels), room Palmyra.

After the meeting there will be an informal dinner at members' own expense. The restaurant chose is Olive, a Palestian restaurant (Chaussée de Charleroi 263) https://olivegaza.be/en.

Digital Forum

The Steering Committee meeting will take place on 26 January from 14:00 to 18:00 at the Eurocities office (Square de Meeûs 1, B-1000 Brussels), room Chan Chan.

Economic Development Forum

The Steering Committee meeting will take place on 26 January from 14:00 to 18:00 at the Eurocities office (Square de Meeûs 1, B-1000 Brussels), meeting room on the first floor.

Environment Forum

The Steering Committee meeting will take place on 26 January from 15:00 to 18:00 at the Eurocities office (Square de Meeûs 1, B-1000 Brussels), room Agora.

After the meeting there will be an informal dinner at members' own expense. Restaurant to be confirmed at a later stage.

Mobility Forum

Social Affairs Forum

The Steering Committee meeting will take place on 26 January from 13:00 to 17:30 at the Lyon Metropole's office (Place des barricades 11).

After the meeting there will be an informal dinner at members' own expense. Restaurant to be confirmed at a later stage.
